The heart behind the sanctuary

Vanessa Musenja

Founder & Prophetess

Some people carry a quiet you can feel before they ever speak. Vanessa carries that kind of stillness — the steady peace of someone who has found God faithful through hard seasons, not only easy ones. This sanctuary is simply the overflow of that walk.

“Be still, and know that I am God.”

Psalm 46:10

HealedWe carry our scars as testimony, never as shame.
BoldCourage that comes from knowing whose we are.
TransformedChanged from the inside out, and still becoming.

The word that would not leave.

Long before there was a website or a single recording, there was a hunger. A young woman in Cameroon, called by God early, could not shake the sense that the comfort she had found in him was never meant to stay hers alone. The ministry began the way many do — quietly, in a university room, with a handful of students gathered to pray.

Those small gatherings grew. Prayer became teaching, teaching became discipleship, and a community took shape where lives were changed and leaders were raised. In time Vanessa would co-pastor three churches in Cameroon and pour into many of the leaders who still serve there today.

A move to Dubai opened a new chapter. Serving as Assistant Pastor at the Evangelical Center for All Nations, she carried the same call into a city of a hundred nationalities — and from there the sanctuary went digital, reaching the searching wherever they pressed play.

Her aim has never changed: to make disciples who in turn disciple others, until one transformed life becomes a transformed family, a community, and a nation. Her teaching is not a polished performance, but the honest report of a woman who keeps returning to one settled truth: be still, and know.

Why this sanctuary exists.

Teaching that heals

Plain, scriptural teaching for real life — for the weary, the searching, and the ones quietly holding on.

Prayer that stands with you

No request is too small. We pray, we wait, and we believe with you until the morning comes.

Rest for the hurried

A deliberate quiet in a noisy world — an unhurried place to breathe and meet God again.

A family, not an audience

A worldwide community streaming together — across time zones, languages, and the longest nights.

Where it began, and where it is going.

I

A room in Cameroon

It began with a handful of students gathered to pray in a university room — no platform and no plan, only a hunger for God and the willingness to start.

The beginning
II

Pastoring, and raising leaders

The gatherings became a community. Vanessa co-pastored three churches and poured into the leaders God sent her — many of whom still shepherd others today.

The Cameroon years
III

A sanctuary without borders

A move to Dubai and a season as Assistant Pastor at the Evangelical Center for All Nations widened the call — until the ministry became a digital sanctuary for a worldwide family.

Today

Further still

The vision keeps widening — to equip new voices, to reach the ones still in the dark, and to keep building a place where the weary can be made whole.

What is coming
“Come away by yourselves to a quiet place, and rest a while.”
Mark 6:31

However you arrived here — to study, to pray, or simply to breathe — you are welcome. Come in, and be still.
